Dear authors,
if you would like to submit your picture, children’s or young adult book manuscript to us, please note the following: Only submissions received by mail to info@gratitudeverlag.de can be processed. For a binding review, we require a synopsis as well as a meaningful reading sample of 10-15 pages or, in the case of picture books, the complete manuscript.
Your synopsis should include the following:
Information about the genre and target audience of the project
Title and brief content of the project (3-4 sentences)
Detailed summary of the plot or content (3-5 A4 pages)
Author’s vita, incl. previous publications (if available)
Information on comparable titles (books/movies/series)
Please do not send manuscripts or work samples by mail. Applications received by mail will generally not be returned. Gratitude Verlag is not liable for unsolicited manuscripts or parts of manuscripts.
