Sandra Maria Lambeck, born in 1993, was born in Berlin and has Ghanaian roots. In 2012 she started her career as an actress on German TV and a short time later she became an international social media celebrity, inspiring her community with her individual style. At the beginning of 2021, Sandra became the mother of a daughter, Nairobi, to whom this picture book is dedicated.
Nicole Gebel is an illustrator and graphic designer. Born and raised in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, she brought her passion for design to Kiel in 2007. Here she studied at the Muthesius Art University and graduated in 2009 with a Bachelor of Arts in communication design. Since then she has been working from Kiel as a freelance illustrator and designer for a diverse group of customers.
